These Website Terms apply when you access or use resultpond.com. By using ResultPond, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

What ResultPond does

ResultPond is a search starting point. It accepts a query and may transfer that query to an independent search-results provider. ResultPond does not create, rank, verify, or control external results, advertisements, or linked websites.

Eligibility

You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. A minor must have authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

Rules of use

You must use ResultPond lawfully and must not:

• damage, overload, disrupt, or bypass security protecting the service;
• introduce malicious code or use ResultPond to distribute unlawful or deceptive material;
• scrape, probe, or automate access in a manner that creates unreasonable load;
• interfere with another person's use of the service; or
• claim an endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation that does not exist.

Rights in the service

ResultPond and its licensors retain the rights in the site's software, interface, design, and original materials. No ownership right is transferred to you. Any permission not expressly granted is reserved.

External services

Third-party results and websites may contain material you find inaccurate, objectionable, or unsafe. Your dealings with third parties are between you and those parties, subject to their terms and policies.

Service changes

Features may be added, removed, suspended, or discontinued without a promise of continued availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or error-free operation.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResultPond is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express, implied, or statutory warranties. We make no warranty about the accuracy, availability, legality, or usefulness of external search results.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResultPond, its operator, affiliates, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities resulting from the service.

Ending use

You may stop using ResultPond whenever you choose. We may restrict access where reasonably needed to protect users, the service, third parties, or legal rights. Terms that logically survive termination remain effective.

Revisions

We may revise these Terms. The effective date above marks the current edition. Continued use after a revision takes effect means the revised Terms apply to your later use.
